March 19, 2014 (CABARRUS COUNTY, NC) - Rep. Larry Pittman, a candidate seeking reelection to the NC House in District 82, has won the endorsement of the Republican Liberty Caucus of North Carolina.
"We are proud to endorse Rep. Pittman in his reelection campaign for NC House," said David Williams, chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus of North Carolina (RLC-NC). "Larry has proven himself in the legislature as a steadfast defender of our liberties. Now more than ever we need representatives like Rep. Pittman looking out for us in Raleigh."
Larry responded to the endorsement by saying, "I am honored to earn the endorsement of the Republican Liberty Caucus. The RLC has distinguished itself as a force for less government and more freedom in North Carolina politics."
The Republican Liberty Caucus of North Carolina is a state chartered organization of the Republican Liberty Caucus. Founded in 1991, the Republican Liberty Caucus works to advance the principles of individual rights, limited government, and free enterprise within the Republican Party and throughout America.
Larry is married to his wife Tammy and resides in Cabarrus county. He is an ordained minister and avid outdoorsman, and is seeking reelection to the North Carolina House in district 82.
